Sustainability was a MUST when designing for Timber Ridge, nestled in the backdrop of Tiger Mountain.  The FOCUS on “GREEN” FF&E Selections and Finish Specifications was attributed on the points to meet the LEED Silver qualification.  The use of local artisans with blown glass and metal craftsmanship for millwork hardware added to the progressive environment of this community.  A 3-sided fireplace added to the unique setting for indoor/outdoor living lifestyle.
