Procurement Services
We’re the Turn-Key Solution
Crossing the Finish lineFinalizing Your Vision
We don’t just stop after design—we’ve got you covered with all things furnishings! We form strong relationships with vendors so you don’t have to. We can take your ready-made plans and bring them to life.
Step 1Budget Development
Money matters. You have a budget you want to stick to—we track spending from the early stages and make any necessary adjustments to make sure you stay above the red line. We keep you in the loop the whole way through, always looking after your designs and your final vision.
Step 2Product Sourcing
We know where to get the best furniture, materials, and anything else you can think of for your upcoming project. We have a lot of experience maintaining quality while finding you the best price thanks to the extensive and strong relationships we’ve built with vendors and suppliers over the years.
Step 3Installation Management
Managing a project can be a headache, and we’re the Advil. Our team has vast experience developing and executing projects according to the construction timeline, storage resources, and availability of products.
Step 4Procurement Administration
As part of our service, we develop specifications, issue purchase orders, qualify invoices, and make requests for payment according to the cash flow and terms & conditions of contracts.
Step 5Vendor Tracking
We confirm the availability of all products, maintain a vendor delivery report, and advise of potential schedule conflicts. You won’t even have to talk to the vendors (unless you really want to—they’re very nice people).
Step 6Delivery Management
We’ll be on-site to coordinate efforts between construction, operations, and FF&E, making sure all deliveries are fulfilled on time and sent to the right place. No debris will be left behind, and we hand-style accessories, faux plants, and oversee artwork.
Step 7Post-Occupancy Service
After your spaces are occupied and running smoothly, we can help you solve any problems you may encounter. We don’t bail on you after the project is done. You won’t get rid of us that easily.
